Charges for other features

Most of the normal charges that designing and building a website involves are covered by you subscription fee however there are charges that we cannot cover by this fee and therefore have to pass on to you - but only if your request the extra features.

Every effort is made to keep these charges as low as possible.

site maintaining fee is if the service requested and added to your subscription fee, this service allows you to keep your site fresh and relevant. It is intended to keep your existing pages up to date which is an ideal service for club and organisations that have changing calendar events and the like and this basic service cost from £2 a month which allows you to send us fortnightly emails with your required updates.

Advanced website maintaining can include up-dating products in your shopping carts or building new web pages we quote for this service based on your individual needs please click quote me first on the application form and we will be happy to discuss your needs and budget with you.

SEO services - limited SEO services can be included in the basic website maintaining service and will be limited to adding links to your links page. Please contact us and we will be happy to quote you for our SEO services, our charges are very low indeed!. We can add a free automated link exchanger to your site, the exchanger is free our £5 fee is purely to set it up for you.

Additional contact forms can be set up if they report to the same email address if you require each email contact form to be set to a different email address then we charge £6 per extra set up (after your first free contact form). Please note at the moment our contact form processing company only charges for the set up but reserves the right to charge for form processing in the future - we in turn reserve the right to pass these charges on to you see our terms page for further details.

PDF set up - If you supply the content in a word document then we will convert the first one F.O.C. into pdf documents any more required after that will be charged at £2 each. PDF's are a great way of allowing your visitors to download more information.

As mentioned on our home page if you require specialised features on your website then please contact in advance and will be happy to quote you for installing them - please note you will have to own the software or programs etc that are needed for the feature - we will not buy then for you. WE can source free software for you for a small fee and place it on your website, this software might have to have a sponsors add or link on your site for you to use it.

If you cancel your subscription then penalty fees may apply.

Free 0844 numbers

We can source free 0844 telephone numbers for you these numbers charge the dialer approximately 5p per minute for a call made to you from a BT landline from anywhere in the UK, you do not receive any payment from the number provider and nor do you make a payment to them.

The 0844 number is tag on to your normal landline number and allows you to filter in coming calls say between business and personal calls , plays music to your caller when on hold, announces queue position and department being called to caller.

This type of number makes your whole operation seem far more professional. You can for a fee have your calls redirected to a mobile number so you never miss a call.

The system will automatically alert you to any missed calls via email and will also offers a free answer phone service and the message is sent to you via email which you can play back.

You can suspend or switch off the number at any time or set the times you wish to have the line open callers outside of these hours will be informed that you are closed for the day and asked to either call back or leave a message (your own private number the number is attached to will still work) . The system has preset voice messages and offers you a chance to record your own inline announcements, though you have to call a premium rate number to set these up and this will not be included in our set up service.

The service is free (subject to a minimum amount of calls being received) and our fee for setting it up for you is just £10 this does not include setting up your own personal announcements or outgoing messages this would have to be done by you at your own cost following initial set up by us.

If you do not subscribe to our website maintaining service then are hourly charge for work on your website post indexing is £10 fixed fee plus £10 an hour or part hour making a minimum fee of £20

All fees are payable in advance.
